Retail Terms & Conditions

Website Sales/Purchases:
 

  1. All purchases made directly via our website are final and non-refundable.

  2. Once flowers leave our hands, Simply Rose Weddings is no longer responsible for any damages incurred due to mishandling, transit, weather, etc. If you are unhappy with the quality of your arrangement please give us a call immediately. No refunds or replacements will be made after we leave. Neither will refunds or replacements be made based on improper flower care on the part of the recipient.

  3. Flower Substitutions

    We reserve the right to make substitutions in the event the flowers we receive are not of the quality suitable for your flower order. In this event, the integrity of the proposed color scheme will be maintained and flowers of equivalent value will be used. Website sales are final and cannot be refunded.

Proposal/Wedding Sales via Sales Rep:

​

  1. Once you have placed your order and paid the 50% retainer (deposit), a contract will be sent for you to sign through the email provided. 

  2. At and after the time of the initial retainer, small adjustments can still be made to the invoice like adding an arrangement or bouquet. Additions and subtractions less than 10% of the original invoice may be accepted up until 30 days prior to the event. 

  3. After the original contract is signed, we reserve the right to increase service fees based on extra labor and transportation as needed due to any major design additions by 20%. By signing our contract, you are guaranteeing a minimum payment of 90% of the original total order. Our minimum order value is $1,000 - client must meet minimum or we reserve the right to cancel your entire order. 

  4. Clients are not able to drastically change the color scheme more than once without an additional change fee, which is determined at the discretion of Simply Rose Weddings. All floral colors and quantities are to be finalize 30 days prior to event.

  5. Simply Rose Weddings reserves the right to cancel your order and this contract if at any time the company feels that the obligations cannot be met. In this situation, the client will be refunded all payments except for 50% of the retainer which is non-refundable.
